定义和用法
The ftruncate() function truncates an open file to the specified length.
ftruncate()函数的作用是：将文件截断到给定的长度。
Returns TRUE on success, or FALSE on failure.
如果函数执行成功，将返回True；如果执行失败，将返回False。
