1. $("#seelctId").append("<option value='"+optionval+"'>"+text+"</option>");//给下拉框增加 一下option选项 (ddlSayTo这是下拉框的ID)
$("#seelctId").val(optionval);//选中刚才增加的option
2. $("#seelctId option:selected").text();//得到当前选中的选项的文本值
$("#seelctId").val();//得到当前选中的选项的option值
